The space
The entrance to the apartment/villa is located on a large covered outdoor terrace, equipped with a crystal dining table supported by a centuries-old juniper root; the terrace continues on the right side of the entrance until it is in front of another large terrace overlooking the sea and the Porto Cervo Marina, equipped with a Sardinian-style slate dining table for your outdoor lunches and dinners characterized by wonderful sunsets.
The external part of the apartment/villa is equipped with video surveillance cameras.
The interior of the house is divided into one level represented by a large living area that has a large lounge, TV area, dining area with a large crystal dining table and Sardinian-style furniture. The living area opens onto an outdoor terrace overlooking the port and the shared swimming pool.
There is a large kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, complete set of utensils.
From the living area you can access:
- The double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, toilet, bidet, Sardinian-style furniture, overlooking a private terrace from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and the pool;
- The bedroom with two queen-size beds, a large wardrobe and an adjacent bathroom with shower, sink, mirror, toilet, bidet, Sardinian-style furniture.
The apartment/villa is air conditioned in all areas, has free Wi-Fi and private parking with two reserved parking spaces.
